Please enter your name and the name of each member of your team below. Please note that all official communications will be sent to the team captain who will be responsible for forwarding it to the other members of the team. Your team may be comprised of between 5-8 current UT Tyler students (graduate or undergraduate).

Team captains will be required to attend a team captain meeting that will be held on October 21st in the Honors Lounge (UC 3114), at 4:00pm. If the team captain is unable to make this meeting, they may send another team member as a proxy. After this meeting, no changes can be made to teams.
