The purpose of an exit survey or interview is to understand the motivations for people leaving their employment with us.
This can help to provide insight into ways the organisation can improve its systems and processes for recruiting, hiring and retaining employees.
Constructive and honest feedback from exiting employees can help JQ to make positive changes to improve culture and impacts on future employees.
