We understand that most parents/guardians would prefer for all of the children in their household to attend school on the same days of each week.  If your household falls into this category, please complete the survey below.  We cannot guarantee that we can honor all requests, but through coordination with the different schools that will be involved, we will attempt to honor each request to the best of our ability.
   
If you have already filled out this form for one school and indicated all of the children in your household to which this applies, there is no need to fill this form out again. This form will close by August 5th, 2020 at 3pm.   We will notify each family of our decision by August 10th at 5pm.
