The Merrimack Institute for New Teacher Support (MINTS) Presents: "Ready, Set, Pause: Kickstart and Commit to Wellbeing"
Thank you for your interest in attending the "Ready, Set, Pause: Kickstart and Commit to Wellbeing" workshop on Thursday, September 16th from 4:00pm - 6:00pm EST on Zoom. This free and virtual workshop will be facilitated by Dr. Sarah Benes.
Workshop Description: The start of the new school year is the perfect time to commit (or re-commit) to your well-being. As educators we get pulled in many different directions and we don’t always make time for ourselves - this workshop is that time! In this interactive session, we will discuss and practice strategies for supporting well-being across multiple dimensions of wellness, brainstorm ways to overcome challenges and barriers to prioritizing our well-being, and you will create your own personal well-being plan. We hope you will join us for this opportunity to start with you!
