Chorus Competitor Information Sheet
Information for all entrants:

1. Pattern Information Sheets will be sent to the primary contact once the draw is completed.
2. Your host will meet you at the contestant registration desk at the start of your pattern.
3. Please be on time.  Contact information will be provided for the Pattern Chairperson in the Pattern Information Sheet.  If something happens to delay your starting the pattern, you must let the Pattern Chairperson know immediately so it can be determined if any accommodations can be made. Being late to Pattern may mean you will be scratched from the competition.
4. Chorus pictures will be taken on stage during the Contest Set. Information/ Instructions will be provided. Please have picture order information ready when you arrive at check-in.  
5. A video of your performance will be sent to you after contest.  The Release form is below, and cash or check for $45, made payable to Central States District, should be turned in to the Pattern Chairperson when you check in for the pattern. Note: Once pattern is announced, we MAY be able to accommodate minor changes, but please try to adhere to your original request as much as possible.
