I expressly release the Masters Athletics Federation of India - Himachal Pradesh, the organising  committee of the 43rd Himachal Pradesh Masters Athletics Championship 2023 | Hamirpur, and all the sponsors of this event from any liability for any injuries, physical loss, or damage sustained by myself or my property during (or in connection with) the 43rd Himachal Pradesh Masters Athletics Championship 2023.
I acknowledge that any action taken against me by the Organising Committee in the course of carrying out its duties will not give rise to any action or claims by me against the Organizing Committee. I had read all the rules and regulations of the championship, and I will abide by them.
