I understand that by applying to participate in the UNC Charlotte Teacher Quality Partnership grant program, I agree to successfully complete all coursework in both the initial (Graduate Certificate) and advanced (Master of Arts in Teaching) licensure programs (total 30 credit hours) in my respective discipline (e.g., secondary mathematics).

I understand that by applying to participate in the UNC Charlotte Teacher Quality Partnership grant program, I agree to successfully complete a year-long school-based residency in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools with an assigned certified clinical educator (K-12 school teacher) within the appropriate discipline area during the public school academic calendar year. Successful completion is defined as attending the entire school placement instructional day during the defined residency experience (i.e. daily during the academic year).

I understand that by applying to participate in the UNC Charlotte Teacher Quality Partnership grant project, I agree to actively seek employment in an approved high need school in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, and to work for a minimum of three consecutive years in a high need CMS school in my content licensure area.
