The purpose of the Freelance Benesh Choreologist (FBC) survey is so that Benesh International as the professional body for Benesh professionals can create a benchmark for industry standards and guidelines, and give better and more realistic professional support and advice.

Guidelines for completing the FBC survey:
- only include freelance contracts (not permanent positions)
- only include roles from 2017 onwards
- the survey allows you to include 5 roles/contracts – if you have more roles/contracts you would like to tell us about, you will need to submit further survey responses (there is no limit to the number of responses you can submit!)
- if you signed a non-disclosure agreement for a contract – we are not asking for exact figures or information, so you should not be in breach of your NDA, however if you are concerned feel free to skip the question
- the time it will take to complete the survey will depend on how much information you are able to give us! However, as a guide, it may take between 5 and 15 minutes per role.
