With your initials, you agree to the following:   THE OUTDOOR VENUE - The grounds will be clean and ready for use for the date and time of your booked event. You will be expected to leave the grounds at the same level of cleanliness as at the start of the day, or a cleaning fee of $300 will be applied. Optionally, you can pay a clean-up fee of $200 if you would like us to do the final clean-up after all vendors have left. The venue must be vacated no later than 10:00pm.  ​Arrangements can be made for next day pick-up of rental equipment.  Rehearsal can be scheduled during the week prior to the event. *
With your initials, you agree to the following:  ACCESSABILITY - The property is a natural outdoor setting, as such, it is handicapped accessible but may present some limitations. It will be your responsibility to ensure portable toilets or other amenities are accessible if needed. *
With your initials, you agree to the following:  PAYMENT - Full payment is required at time of booking.​ *
With your initials, you agree to the following:  CANCELLATION - If your reservation needs to be canceled, you may do so with a full refund up to 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations within 30 days of the event will receive a 50% refund and cancellations within 14 days of the event will not receive a refund. If you would like to change the date of your event, we will do what we can to accommodate that, if it isn't possible, the refund policy will apply. ​ *
With your initials, you agree to the following:  DAMAGE DEPOSIT - A damage deposit of $500 will be due when the event is scheduled.  Refunds will be issued within 30 days after the event date.  Any damage caused will be documented and deducted from the deposit. *
With your initials, you agree to the following:  DECORATIONS - As a natural sustainable property, we ask that all decorations be biodegradable or reusable. Please use birdseed in lieu of rice and NO balloons.  Decorations must not cause damage to the property.​ No open flames of any kind are permitted. *
With your initials, you agree to the following:  ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO POLICY - You may bring alcohol for your private on-site event but it must be served by a bartender only. Self serve of alcohol is not permitted.  There is smoking in the designated smoking area only and no drug use is allowed. *
With your initials, you agree to the following:  RELEASE OF LIABILITY - You agree to hold harmless Desiderata Ranch and it’s owners for any loss or injury incurred while on the property. You must provide your own day of event insurance naming Desiderata Ranch as also insured. *
