慈濟密西沙加人文學校成立於2004年，以「慈悲喜捨」為校訓，秉持感恩、尊重、愛的教學宗旨；不僅重視一般的中文課程，更著重於人文精神教育，以「人」為本，引用靜思語教導學生的生活倫理及品格涵養，學習知足、感恩、善解、包容。期望孩子們在大愛滋潤下成長，在感恩環境中茁壯，成為健康、快樂、充滿希望的未來社會棟樑。
*教學內容：
1.中文課程：以僑委會華語課本為主，運用活潑的上課方式，以達增進學生中文的聽、說、讀、寫能力。
2.品德教育：以慈濟人文課程及靜思語 (好話一句)為補充教材，用體驗、講述故事、省思、靜思與生活實踐來融入教學當中，加強學生生活與人格的教育，啟發智慧良能，是慧心獨創的新教材與教學法。
3.才藝薰習：以手語、音樂、美勞等課程，涵養藝術人文氣息。
*招生對象：幼兒班、一年級至十年級及華語初、中、高階班(按照程度分班)，
凡當年滿四歲以上( 2018年12月31日前出生 ) 學童均歡迎報名就讀。

3. 完成註冊表及繳交學費後，家長會收到確認完成報名的郵件。

*2022-2023年學雜費 Tuition: 每位 $ 420/year (全年) (同一家庭學童之第二位400元/year，第三位390元/year，第四位380元/year，依姓氏及居住地址判定)
*制服費 $ 45.00 (夏季短袖 T-shirt $ 15 ＆冬季長袖 Sweatshirt $ 30) ，若採用支票，制服費與學雜費請分開繳納 (需開立2張支票)。

Tzu Chi Academy for the Humanities in Mississauga established in 2004. Over and above a curriculum on Chinese language and culture, we emphasize humanistic teachings through Jing-Si Aphorisms. Our objectives are geared toward the cultivation of a humanitarian spirit, generosity, gratitude, understanding, and tolerance. We aim to create an environment enriched by love and care for our children to grow up healthy, happy, and hopeful.
Our school has begun accepting registration for the 2022-2023 school year for both returning students and new students who are 4 years old or older, from JK to Grade 10. Due to the ongoing pandemic, parents can begin registering online and paying tuition fees by (1) e-transfer or (2) mail. Due to the limitation of class sizes, we recommend you register as soon as possible.

(1) e-transfer (email:
academy.mis@tzuchi.ca). Please make the security question “What is the school year” and make the answer “20222023”. In the message of the e-transfer, please write the name and the grade of the student.
(2) mail a cheque (payable to: B.T.C.A.F.T.H.) to Tzu Chi West Toronto Office (address: Unit 216, 5555 Eglinton Ave. West, Etobicoke, ON M9C 5M1). The postdated cheque is not accepted. Please write a separate cheque for the uniform purchase.
