If two siblings would prefer not to play each other, let us know. Please note that it is not always possible to avoid such a pairing, for example in the third round for games that will affect the distribution of prize money.

Please provide the number of someone to call if they player experiences any sort of emergency. This is critical for individuals under 18 years of age, but a good idea for everyone.
