Please complete this form if you would like to book a court at Aston Park Tennis Club (Aston Clinton, Buckinghamshire, HP22 5HB) under our Pay to Play scheme. Once the form is completed we will be in touch to confirm court availability, either on your preferred day and time or whenever a court is available and convenient to you. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice when booking.

Once a date and time has been confirmed and payment has been made, a code will be sent to you to access the courts. Access will be via the middle gate facing the park, please ensure you sanitise your hands on arrival and departure. Sanitiser is provided by the entrance gate.

IMPORTANT - SUPERVISION OF UNDER 18s
In line with recent recommendations from the LTA, Aston Park Tennis club has clarified the policy on unsupervised use of the courts by junior members. Juniors over 13 years may use the courts unsupervised but their online court booking must be made by an adult who takes responsibility for their safety and conduct in these circumstances. Do not play in black-soled shoes or trainers, sandals, shoes, STUDS! NB some tennis shoes have dark non-marking soles and are OK.

Do not take glass on to court

Do not throw chewing gum out on court or surround

Do not smoke in court area or surrounds

Do not let children kick balls at fence, climb fence, take wheeled toys on to courts

Do not let children play around with the scorers

Do not walk across a game in progress

No dogs will be taken on court

Racquets and balls will not be provided

Ensure you pick up all your belongings/drinks bottles before leaving

Ensure you depart via the same gate and the lock is secure

Data Protection- We will use your personal detail to complete your booking and for the club’s Track and Trace system. Forms will be saved for 21 days and then deleted. In signing the form, you consent to this use of your personal data.
