Dear Pet Parent,

We extend our heartfelt condolences for your loss. Thank you trusting us with the care for your beloved pet and for filling out our online form. This step starts the process of continuing the care of your beloved pet.

Our office hours are 7AM-7PM. Please rest easy, knowing that we will contact you shortly to discuss the next steps in the process of receiving your pet. We will schedule an appointment directly with you, this way each pet parent has their own quiet time scheduled and we can make sure one of our team members are on site and prepared to assist you. We also may arrange to pick up at your veterinarian or your home.

You may choose an urn and keepsakes such as clay or ink paw prints, jewelry, keychains or fur clippings. The memorial package can be customized to fit your needs. Memorial products are available to view in our website product catalog. Or, after we speak with you, you will be enrolled in your own pet parent portal where you can view and add products to your memorial package.

 **Please inform us of your preferences for ink or clay items when we contact you and are placing the cremation order or by adding them directly, in your pet parent portal, right away, this will ensure they are able to be ordered and completed prior to cremation.

Note: When caring for your pet's body, after they have passed, please keep them as cold and dry as possible, if covering, use a light sheet, rather than a heavy blanket. Please remove all collars and/or clothes from your pet. If you request assistance with removing these items, we can do that for you when we receive your pet.
