This is the registration form for the Wild Rice Academy December Holiday 2022 Programme, 'Christmas Every Day?!'. This form is for the programme for 8 to 10 Year Olds.
 
Dates: 22nd November 2022 [Tuesday] to 26th November 2022 [Saturday]
Time: 1.30pm - 3.30pm

Parent & Child Workshop: 2.30pm - 3.30pm, 22nd November 2022
Parents are to drop their child off for class at 1.30pm, and return at 2.30pm for the Parent&Child Workshop.

This form will take you about 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

Completion of this form does not guarantee a place in the programme. We will be in touch via email when we have received the form with the necessary details to confirm your child/ward's place in the programme.  

Do register your child in accordance to their age as of 2022.
