2024 Band Banquet Ticket Order Form

Doors open at 5:30pm
Banquet begins promptly at 6:00pm

Last day to purchase tickets - May 5, 2024 (tickets will NOT be sold at the door)

Please complete this form to start the process of purchasing your band banquet tickets. In order for your order to be complete, you must also make payment ($15 per ticket). You may pay through Zelle (delandbpa@gmail.com - please note the student's name in the memo) OR by placing cash or check in the white payment box in the band room. You may also use money from your Charms account if you have a credit.

This is a family friendly event. Attire is dressy (many students wear formal attire, but Sunday best is also appropriate).

Menu - Baked chicken with creamy mushroom sauce, rice and vegetable/salad, assorted drinks, cake.

This event will sell out. Please do not delay in purchasing your tickets.

Remember - students may not attend the band banquet until all band obligations have been paid. Statements are regularly emailed out, but you can always check Charms to see if you have a balance due.
