This form is for teams registering to play in the 2021 Spring League.
Each team must submit a registration form.

The 2021 Spring League will run from 30th October to 4th December (6 weeks).
Registrations close Wednesday, 22nd September 2021.

All games are non-competitive and are played on Saturdays at Pinehurst School, Bush Road, Albany from 8.45am until mid afternoon, rain or shine.  Time for the final game depends on the number of teams involved in the league.
