Would you like to borrow an item(s) from the church for a personal event, party, garage sale, wedding, etc? If so, then this form is for you! The Living Hope Church administrator will get back to you via email in the next few days approving or denying your request. Your request may be denied if the item is already in use or if it has already been rented by another person. If your request has been approved, the LHC administrator will coordinate a scheduled pick-up and return method with you. You are responsible for picking-up and returning the items. Items should be returned in the same condition in which they were borrowed. Also, if the items are broken or damaged, please report it to the administrator. Thank you!  - Living Hope Staff
