Please complete this form indicating your interest in vending at the 2023 Glass Blown Open. Vendor Fees are listed below. Fees must be paid before the event. The Vendor Rules are listed in the next section.

Wholesale Customer Pricing:

$200 for a single
$350 for a double

Non-Wholesale Customer Pricing

$400 for a single
$750 for a double
