Facilitator Sign Up - Virtual Small Group (Identity or Ephesians)
Hey Girl!

We are SO excited you are interested in signing up to be a facilitator for our virtual small groups, as well as thankful as these groups cannot happen without YOU! If you haven't already, head over to our store (https://live-salted.myshopify.com/collections/virtual-small-groups) to learn more about the different studies that are available to facilitate this summer and see if one over the other stands out to YOU to lead. Once you have a preference to which study you want to lead or you are okay with either, fill out the form below. The Identity study is a four-week commitment and Ephesians is five.

Timeline
- When you sign up until July 6th we will reach out to you for a phone call to meet you, and tell you more about the opportunity.
- July 1st: Sign ups close for facilitators and participants
- July 8th: Facilitators will receive their group and be asked to reach out to all participants
- July 16-18th: Week 1
- July 23-25: Week 2
- July 30 - August 1: Week 3
- August 6-8: Week 4
- August 13-15: Week 5 (Ephesians)

Cost
Both studies cost $15; however they are FREE for our facilitators. If you want the hard copy of Ephesians, you will have to purchase that for $25.
