Cancellations and Substitutions

Cancellations within 5 days of the event will be non-refundable.
Cancellations within 10 days prior to the event date will incur 50% penalty.
Cancellations within 15 days prior to the event date will incur 30% penalty.
Cancellations within 30 days prior to the event date will incur 10% penalty.
Cancellations at 30 days prior to the event date will incur no penalty.
In the event that a course is cancelled registrants will be refunded the full fee.
You may substitute participants at least 5 working days prior to the beginning of the course.
