Local Unit Operations Committee Application
Virginia PTA's new Local Unit Operations Committee will:
>> Serve as resource for local units or councils by responding to basic operation/policy questions
>> Provide reminders about completing annual Standards of Affiliation (Good Standing) requirements
>> Utilize MemberHub Reports to identify units/councils who are not in Good Standing and follow-up as needed

ELIGIBILITY: PTA members who have served as an elected officer or chair for a local unit, council PTA or District PTA

-- Committee members will serve from May 2022- May 2023, fulfilling the remainder of the current term.
-- Committee meeting frequency will be determined by the committee.
-- Committee Meetings will be virtual.
-- Members of the Committee may be assigned to support a specific area of the state or a specific type of operational challenge based on preference and expertise.
