Please use this form to let us know that your player will not be participating in the season in Davis, California. Additionally, use this form to request a refund for regional player fees.

For Fall 204: 100% of registration fees before August 5, 50% between 8/6-8/26, 0% after 8/26. The $25 national player fee and $2.75 SportsConnect fee, if applicable to you, are non-refundable.

For Spring 2024: 100% up to March 15th. 50% from March 16-March 28.No refunds after the season has started. The $20 national player fee, if applicable to you, is non-refundable. Refunds will be issued by May 30, 2024

For Adult Soccer: 100% refund before April 1, 0% after April 9

If a child does not wish to participate in the current season, you must fill out this Refund Request Form as soon as possible. Please note the $20 AYSO annual membership fee that is paid as part of the registration is not refundable.
