QUIZ GUIDELINES
✅ All UG & PG HR students, Ph.D Psychology and HR Students, All HR professionals, etc. Can register for the quiz!
✅ There are no age limits.
✅ Registrations will be closed on 30th August, 2021 sharply at 5:00PM.
 
ROUND 1
• 1st round consists of 60 MCQs. The duration of the quiz will be for 30 minutes only.
• It will be conducted through Google Form.
• The link of the quiz will go live at 6:30PM on 31st August, 2021 and it will be open from 6:30PM to 7:00PM
• You are asked to join the Google Meet, using the Link that was send to you via Email by 6:20PM and the Google form link for the Quiz Competition will be send by E-Mail and in Google Meet Chat Box only. For the same no other means of communication will be used!
• There will be only one attempt for a participant. Multiple entries will not be entertained!
• Top 20 scorers will be selected for 2nd ROUND.
• There are no negative marks in Round 1.
• If a tie occurs among the participants, we will conduct a additional round of QUIZ to select the participants, for the  appropriate number of participants for Round 2 (The tie breaker round will have negative marking for every incorrect answer  and the total number of questions will be 10).
• Participants qualifying in each round will be provided with a certificate.
•  The decisions made by  the organizers and the coordinators will be the final decision, that has to be obeyed by the participants.
•  Results will be declared through your E-Mail, Whatsapp Group and the Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram pages of the Organization.

ROUND 2
• This round will be held  through Google Form and each participant will be given 40 questions  that needs to be answered in 20 minutes. The link of the quiz will go live at 6:30PM on 3rd September, 2021 and it will be open from 6:30PM to 7:00PM.
• The selected 20 participants from the League Round (Round 1) will be a part of this round and will be receiving the special certificate for being in the SUPER-20.
• Participants are asked to join the Google Meet Link by 6:20PM for smooth communication and coordination. And the Google form link for the Quiz Competition will be send by E-Mail and in Google Meet Chat Box only. For the same no other means of communication will be used!
• There will be negative marks for every incorrect answer.
• If a tie occurs among the participants, we will do additional round of QUIZ to select the participants, for the  appropriate number of participants for Round 3 (The tie breaker round will have negative marking for every incorrect answer  and the total number of questions will be 10).
• Top 10 scorers will be selected for Final ROUND that is SUPER-10
• And all the 20 participants of Round 2 will receive a Special Certificate of SUPER – 20.
•  The decisions made by the organizers and the coordinators will be the final decision, that has to be obeyed by the participants.
• Results will be declared through your EMail, Whatsapp Group and the Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram pages of the Organization.

ROUND 3
• Top 10 participants of Round 2 are the eligible candidates for this Round.
• This round will be held on Google Meet, and each participant will be given 10 questions. If there is a tie in any position (i.e., 1,2 &3), the quiz will be extended with a few questions for concluding the final decision.
• Note : In this round, For the first 5 questions there will be no negative marking but for the last 5 questions there will be negative marking for every incorrect answer through (PPT presentation). It will be Live from 5:00PM to 7:00PM on 5th September, 2021.
• If any question looses its secrecy, then the next question will be put forward to the participant.
• Out of the 10 participants, we will select the top 3 scorers, will be ranked as First, Second and Third.
• They will be provided with Certificates and Recognition Certificate of SUPER-10 will also be given.
