The Experiential Learning in Long-Term Care Guidebook was developed to support long-term care homes and secondary schools in establishing meaningful and impactful partnerships to create experiential learning placements for students.

We hope this guidebook was useful to you. If you have read the section of the guidebook for long-term care, please provide us with some feedback about how you are using the guidebook to develop student placements. This feedback will help us to improve the guidebook or develop additional resources to support long-term care homes and secondary schools.
