Welcome Game Facilitators!
Games On Demand will be making our return to PAX West August 30th - September 2nd, 2024. We run games in free 2-hour and 4-hour time slots on a first-come first-served basis. We'd love for you to facilitate a role-playing game with us! As a thank you for helping us run this amazing event, we're happy to provide free 4-day badges for all of our facilitators!
We do not run board games or card games, only tabletop RPGs and story games. While we love other kinds of games as well, this event is strictly for RPGs.
Try to get us this survey by July 26th so we can put you on the schedule.
A follow-up survey will be sent shortly after the deadline to get additional information about the game(s) you would like to run. If you already have some ideas in mind, feel free to provide that information in the optional questions below, but it's okay if you need some time to think about it.
Games On Demand has an emphasis on indie and small-press games, but we're open to most anything you might want to run as long as a session can fit into a 4-hour time slot!
If you'd like to run more than one game, the follow-up survey will collect additional information.
If you'd like to see what games have already been proposed, check out the
spreadsheet of proposals. Duplicates are welcome! If you want to run a game that somebody else has proposed, you are welcome to do so.
New entries will be uploaded a couple times a week; don't worry if you don't immediately see your entry on the spreadsheet.
All information collected is purely for organizational purposes, Games On Demand will not share or sell your information to third-parties beyond the PAX organization.
IMPORTANT: Our event is inclusive, anti-racist, queer-friendly, and welcoming to gamers of all backgrounds. We expect that you as facilitators will help us achieve this goal as well. We have an expectation of game facilitators to explain, include and use safety tools for these in-person sessions. More guidance is available at our Accessibility, Inclusion, and Online Game Events document.
