Group Fundraising Registration
Please use this form if you are interested in earning funds for a Masonic Youth Organization.
To submit the form, you must be the person coordinating the volunteers and will be the contact person for scheduling, questions, etc.  You do not have to be in attendance but will need to designate a day of contact.

Each volunteer shift will earn your group a portion of the money earned at the event.  This includes but is not limited to, set up/clean up, registration, concessions, event assistance and flea market tables.
Our plan is to pay a minimum of $20 per 2 hour shift, but if the event does well we will pay more.
Like any fundraising event, the more you sell (people that attend and buy the food, etc.) the more each organization will earn, per shift worked.

Shift workers must meet the age requirements for the specific shift.  If the volunteer is below majority they are required to follow the rules for chaperoning for their respective organization.  An adult who is in attendance, only to chaperone volunteers, will not be paid as a volunteer, but will gain free admittance to the event. Though, they may not participate in gaming events.

This form will be used to register your chapter/assembly/bethel, but does not guarantee specific shifts or donation amount.  Once your registration form is received, our Volunteer Coordinator will contact you and we will get your organization scheduled for shifts based on the age of volunteers, availability and skill set.  There are shifts available for all ages (ages 10 +), however the shifts for younger volunteers will go quick, so please register early if you have younger volunteers.  Shifts are limited so register early! Registration ends May 15th.
