Events must be requested at least one calendar month in advance.
Only the plaza space around the Garage can be used for event functions. A garage tour may be scheduled to coincide with events.
Proposed event attendance should be 100 people or less.
Scheduled events will not be approved on home football gamedays.
Only Institute events can be scheduled for the Reck Garage plaza.
Campus Departments may request through a faculty or staff member.
RSOs may host events in collaboration w/RRC.
Event will first be reviewed by the Ramblin Reck Club Executive Committee and if the event meets the criteria and the space is available the event will be sent for final approval to the Student & Campus Events Center. A response will be provided in 10 business days.
