Anyone wishing to participate in the Central East Opening Doors conference will be required to complete an application form.

All application forms will be screened by the support services team at either PARN or ACDR depending on the geographical location of the applicant.  

Registration will close on Friday, August 9, 2019.

The support services teams will present their suggested lists of successful applicants to their respective executive directors for final approval.  

It is important to note that spaces are limited and so it will not be possible to accept every application received.

Applicants will be notified of their registration status by Friday, August 23.   Registrants will be asked to secure their attendance with a $25 deposit by Friday, September 20.  This deposit will be returned with your attendance at the conference.  

If you are accepted and unable to attend the conference, please notify PARN or ACDR of your cancellation by October 4th, 2019 so those on the waiting list may be notified.  

All cancellations are subject to forfeiting the return of their $25 deposit.  After the cancellation date there may not be a refund.

The Central East Opening Doors Initiative is funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care - AIDS Bureau - for the purpose of enhancing the quality of HIV/AIDS counselling, treatment and prevention, in Peterborough, Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge and Durham regions, while attempting to meet the needs of the local communities.
