Gift Box Order Form
Thank you for shopping with Gynger Tea. This form is for gift box orders for 10 or more only. Our website will allow you to send up to 10 gift boxes to different addresses.
Pricing is as follows:
- Orders less than 20 boxes $42 per box (3-5 business days for fulfillment)
- Orders 25 - 50 boxes $40 per box (5-10 business days for fulfillment)
- Orders 55-100 $38 per box (7 - 12 business days for fulfillment)
- Orders over 100 $35 per box (depends on size of order; minimum 10 business days for fulfillment)
Once you've completed this order form, please allow up to 24 hours to receive your electronic invoice. Once your invoice is paid, your order will be fulfilled and shipped.
