2025 Summer Programs Extended Stay Application Request
If you are attending one of our programs and need to request to stay outside of the move-out date for the program, please fill out the correct information in the space below. If you are attending multiple programs and need a late stay for different programs, please submit a form for each program. Early move-ins are not allowed.

There will be a non-refundable $150 charge added to your account for each approved night. This fee and your full housing fee must be paid prior to arrival.  

Please note that this request is not automatically accepted. We will need to confirm our staffing and space before we can approve your request. Confirmation emails are sent out once a week once the request has been reviewed. Please keep an eye on your email for your confirmation.

Terms and Conditions

By submitting this form, I acknowledge that:

  • Each approved extra night costs $150.
  • Unless otherwise approved by senior Summer Programs staff, the student must check out by noon EST the following day.
  • The student must complete the check-in process again for any subsequent program, and may need to move to a different room or building.
  • Residence halls may have limited staffing during this extended stay, and the student must comply with all policies.
  • Any policy violations may result in the student's removal from the residence halls at their own expense.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
