Please complete the below registration information to compete in the annual Hallow(themed) Party Costume Contest.

Important Contest Instructions for Oct. 28th:
> You will need to check-in at the registration tent located behind the stage on the night of the event in order to receive your number sticker.

> The costume contest judging will begin at 6:00 pm. Contestants in each category will line up behind the stage and walk across the stage with number sticker visible for judges to pick the best costumes in each category.

There will be prizes awarded for the best costume in the following categories:
0-3 years old
4-7 years old
8-12 years old
Teen
Ensemble
Mom
Dad
