I want to know more about a chartered little free library or a kit to make a library. ( I own my property or I have written permission from property owner.)

Option 1: I want a fully-assembled little free library to attach to fence or building.

Option 2: I want a fully-assembled little free library to sit on a post in the ground that will be dug by a REAL volunteer. I understand that I will need to provide dig-safe documentation for this option.
