The GCIOSGF Fashion Vegggie Club promotes eating a plant-based diet once a month. Plant-based diets rely on vegetables, fruits, grains, and other foods that come from plants, rather than meat and other animal products. Eating vegetables  once for15 persons  is equivalent to planting a tree .Being vegetarian 15 times is equivalent to planting a tree! Because of our health, we gather together; because of vegetarianism, we become friends; because of saving the Earth, we become partners. Vegetarianism is our shared language at Fashionable Vegetarian Association. We advocate for physical health, ecological harmony, and the rich flavors of vegetables. Mildness is the ultimate taste, and simplicity is a state of mind. Life has its ups and downs, and simplicity is a realm. Vegetarianism nourishes not only the body but also a pure heart, seeking inner peace and blessing for all beings.

To live a long life without meat and eat more plant-based food, can you do it now? If you can, it will increase your wisdom; if you cannot, it will increase your weight! Fashionable Vegetarian Association reminds you to consume less meat and eat more fruits and vegetables, which will benefit your body and mind. Why not give it a try?
