By completing this form you agree to follow the the rules set out below for all SUP hire sessions:

Hire will only be available in suitable weather, which is at a managers discretion. Winds under 10 mph (average wind speed, with possible exception on E/NE wind direction at managers discretion)

Bookings must be pre-paid for online. Without payment the booking will not be secured. No shows will not be refunded. Late comers will still have to be off the water at their stated time. Anyone returning equipment late, will be charged for their extra time.

Broken or lost equipment will be charged for, this is to be reported to a staff member.

Hire costs are £15 per hour (£25 per 2 consecutive hours) per person.

No spectators permitted with hire sessions. Booked participants only. Non windsurf/sup/wing participants will not be granted access to the site.

No dogs allowed on hire equipment. Dogs are not to be left unattended or in cars, and must be on a lead at all times.

Any participant under 18 MUST have an adult on the water with them AT ALL TIMES

You must not arrive more than 15 mins prior to your booking. And must exit the site within 30 mins of your activity booking finishing. (for example for a 1-2pm booking you may arrive from 12.45pm and must leave by 2.30pm)

Wetsuits are not be available with SUP hire. Buoyancy aids will be provided where required.

Casual swimming is not permitted in BrogLake. Sport participants only. Including before/after booked hire equipment.

Additional Advice:

Footwear is highly recommended, and is not provided on site. Water shoes, old trainers or any suitable flat footwear.

It is advised that phones/keys/jewellery/glasses/valuables are left on dry land.

Buoyancy aids are required for under 18s, and optional for adults who are wearing a SUP leash, dependant on water confidence and swimming ability. These are available on site with all bookings.
