Call for Comments -Human and Animal Foods sold through B2C Ecommerce
On 19-21 October 2021, the FDA hosted an online summit on the Safety of Foods Ordered Online and Delivered Directly to Consumers. The FDA opened a public docket to receive additional comments about these topics, which can be submitted electronically  now through November 20, 2021.

The Bureau of Standards Jamaica, through the Food Safety Modernization Branch is inviting the local food industry and interested stakeholders to join in the FDA discussion by submitting your comments on the topics highlighted below. Your comment will form a part of a Jamaican response. We ask that you submit your comments by 15 November 2021 and then participate in our online Stakeholder session where we will discuss and finalize the comment for submission to FDA.
