LIMITED EXHIBITOR AVAILABILITY: Due to limited space, all applications will be reviewed by
the 1UpState Staff before final approval application. Preference will be given
to Exhibitors in the Tech Valley region, Game Development companies and studios, Underrepresented Creators, and Gaming-Centric Artists and Creatives.
STANDARD EXHIBITOR SPACES:
All Exhibitor Spaces come with an 8' table, 2x chairs, and linens. Exhibitors will be charged a fee of $100 per table. At this time, we are not allowing for a discount for multiple tables.
CURRENT APPLICATION SCHEDULE:
Applicants will be notified if their application is approved no later than 90 days prior to the event date. If there is still exhibitor space availability, the application acceptance will be extended as needed and as per the discretion of the 1UpState staff.
