For schools who have attended the introduction to SIAMS 2023 training programme and would like further support in the formation and development of their school's Christian vision.
The session will explore the elements of a Christian vision and give schools an opportunity to consider and discuss their own priorities with regards to evaluating the effectiveness of their own vision. Schools are encouraged to send more than one delegate to the session and to share their own established vision or the progress they have made to date.
Key areas delivered:
- how a school’s Christian vision underpins its values, strategic plans, policies, curriculum, relationships, spirituality, moral and character development and charity partnerships
- opportunities to consider and discuss their own priorities with regard to evaluating the effectiveness of their own school’s vision
- training supported by new materials as well as practical examples of work from other schools.
