Project Proposal for Board Consideration

The Nebraska Art Teachers Association (NATA) champions art education across Nebraska through creative growth and innovation.  Tools and resources are equitably advanced for high-quality visual arts, design, and media arts education, supporting diverse populations and communities of practice. The project proposal should reflect the NATA mission and have a focus on growth through professional development and/or opportunity for networking by strengthening our community of practice, as well as the development of organizational vibrancy.  NATA does not fund supplies, materials, or equipment for individual art classrooms.

Instructions:  Any NATA member may recommend or request project ideas to the board.  Applicant(s) should complete all sections and email NATA President (natapresident@gmail.com) when submitted.

Submissions will be considered at annual board meetings (spring, summer, and fall). Submit no later than one week prior to board meeting to be considered for board meeting agenda.  If the request is timely, the board can consider a request outside board meetings.

Upon board approval of funding and completion of the project, submit a summary report, along with a request for reimbursement at this link: https://forms.gle/pnux4eMzmV7uT52n9
