Dear Sports Fan,

Germantown Friends School is able to accommodate guests who wish to attend our home competitions, provided you complete this form in advance and the responses indicate that you meet our safety guidelines. Our expectation is that you are fully vaccinated, always masked, and healthy.

The form will generate a response with the date (valid for that date only). Upon arrival at GFS, you will be asked to show your confirmation message, either using your phone or a printed confirmation. You may be asked to show this documentation multiple times while on campus.

The expectation is that all guests will remain masked while on campus. GFS security and athletic staff are doing their jobs when they provide reminders about masks. Failure to comply will result in losing your privilege of watching the competition and you will be asked to leave campus.

Masks are required for entry and must be worn at all times.

No food or drinks are allowed. Please do not distribute food to the teams before, during or after the competitions.

No social gatherings after the competitions are permitted. Please leave campus after the competition.
