This survey form is to collect and collate evidence relating to the Low Traffic Neighbourhood (LTN) scheme in Florence Park, Temple Cowley, and Church Cowley. The responses will be used in official correspondence with Oxfordshire County and Oxford City councils, as evidence of the detrimental impact of the scheme on Littlemore.

You can use the form below to:
1. Report an incident that has happened in the past.
2. Report an incident that has just happened.
3. Give your views on the policy, and how it has impacted you, your family, and your area.

You only need complete the sections in the survey that are relevant to you, and you may complete it multiple times to convey new information. Please do not send photographs, as there are data protection questions when photographs are shared.

The survey will collect personal data, including your name, email address, and postcode. This data is required to provide proof to council staff that responses have come from genuine residents of Littlemore and the neighbouring area. The data will be handled by Daniel Stafford, Conservative candidate for Rose Hill and Littlemore division in the 2021 Oxfordshire County Council elections. Your data will be processed securely, and will only be used for the purposes set out, unless you have requested.
