Thank you for showing interest in our upcoming workshop series for teens focused on anxiety. This is an 8-part interactive series that will require students to participate in guided discussions and complete various activities that will help them learn about anxiety, how it affects them, affects their productivity, and a variety of ways to cope with and overcome it. For this workshop to be effective, participants must be able to do the following:

1. Actively listen to the group leaders
2. Listen to and respect their peers during discussions
3. Let us know when they need to take a break
4. Respect privacy. While we will not be going into too many personal details during this group, others will be sharing their personal thoughts and experiences with anxiety. This information will need to stay with those within the group to keep it a safe space.

Once received and viewed, you will be contacted with the final registration information and the invoice for payment. Registration must be paid by the start of the workshop Monday, December 7th, at 4:00 pm.
