As Freshaway approaches we'll send you an email containing everything you'll need to know to come along. In the meantime, why not get in touch with your college CU rep? These friendly students will be super excited to meet you on Freshaway and would love to hear from you and answer your questions before you arrive in Cambridge for Michaelmas. It's a shame if people miss out on Freshaway because they haven't heard about it. It's useful to hear how you found out about it so we can improve publicity in future years.
Travel
If you are coming by train, please aim to arrive at Ledbury station between 13.45 and 14.30 on 16th September. You can book your return train between 15.15 and 16.00 on 18th September. We will provide transport to and from the station.
If you are coming by car, we may email you to ask if you'd be happy to help take people to and from the station.

We will send you an email shortly before the getaway to find out your final travel plans, so don't worry if you don't know yet how you will get there.

Contingencies
If COVID regulations change so that we can no longer run a residential event, you will be refunded any payment. We will put on regional events instead, so it's helpful to know roughly where you are based in case this needs to happen.
