Yoga Classes 

Nicosia Municipality organizes Yoga classes in Eleftherias Square on Saturday mornings for the months of April and May.

 Yoga classes will be offered from 8:30 to 9:30 in the morning, next to the Eleftherias Square Amphitheatre.

 "Yoga is a practice that combines movement with breathing, emphasizing unity of body and mind. It improves fitness, physical strength, and mental and spiritual health."

Sign up, take your mat, a towel, and a bottle of water, wear loose clothes and we'll be waiting for you at Eleftherias Square. Namaste"
