Birthday Party Booking Form
Let your children get a chance to celebrate their important milestones with outdoor birthday celebrations for children at the lawn@Mosaic Play Academy (MPA).

Located at the Yards in Telok Kurau, children can have a wonderful time playing at the playground and spending time together with close friends and family in the play space.  

With a little planning and lots of creativity, this day will be a moment they will remember and cherish forever!

Rate (for parties before 1 Nov): 
  • $650/session
  • $900/session (with either Playspace 2 or 3)
  • $1,500/4 hours booking (Includes exclusive use of Playspaces 1, 2 and 3)(Party session timings: 9am-1pm and 3-7pm)
Rental fee includes the following: 
- Outdoor party space (Lawns 2 and 3)
- Indoor dining area 
- Indoor playspace 1 
- Outdoor play equipment (including outdoor trampoline, bouncy castle (small)*, sandpit and paddle pool)

*Due to hygiene reasons, the sandpit will be closed if PlaySpaces 2 and 3 are utilised. If there is water play, children will need to be clean and dry before entering the PlaySpaces. Socks will need to be worn in PlaySpaces 2 and 3 at all times. 

 PlaySpaces 2 and 3 are recommended for children aged 4 and below.

A 50% deposit must be paid to secure the booking. An invoice will be sent within two working days after a booking has been made.

The following can be provided at an additional rental fee of $80 each:
- Inflatable playground (2 designs. Please refer to images below for dimensions.)
- Bouncy castles* (2 designs. Please refer to images below for dimensions.)
*More suitable for children aged 3 and above and larger parties.

Terms
- Rental includes only the areas available for use and excludes a 30mins set-up and clean-up time.
- Fee does not include entertainment, decorations, goodie bags or meals.
- Students of Mosaic Preschool will be entitled to priority booking and a 20% discount.
