To register for The Duke of Edinburgh's Award at Dudley College, you need to complete this enrolment form.

Registration fees are:

Bronze and Silver Level: £35.00.
Gold Level: £45.00

Licensed Organisation administration costs of £10.00 for each level (inclusive of cost shown)
To be paid by cheque or cash - full information to follow after registration is received.

Note: the above registration fees do not include expedition/residential costs, these are yet to be confirmed. All participants can still achieve a certificate of achievement without completing the expedition.
