Terms of Agreement
All media content providers are required to fill out this form in order to obtain content during the 2023 WCF. Media that is approved will be notified by August 25th, 2023 and provided a press pass.

Photographers/videographers who are providing content for the WCF may not express they are representing the WCF at any time, they are considered to be volunteers and their content is WCF property. Content will be submitted during the festival and no later than a week following the festival’s last date. Content may be edited/altered by festival staff for branding purposes. The WCF will tag the photographer/videographer in all content shared for brand visibility.

No compensation will be made for any media provided.
