If you are interested in contributing to Volume 23 Issue 2: STILL, please use this form to tell us briefly what you plan to contribute. The deadline to submit your pitch is end of the day on Sunday October 11!
Once we have gone over your pitch, you will be assigned to an Art Manager (for art) and/or Content Editor (for writing), who will guide you through the remainder of the production process.
Have a question about submitting, or even a question about Incite in general? Check out our FAQ! Please note that this is from last year, so personnel and print distribution information won't apply; we're looking forward to launching our updated FAQ on our new website that's coming soon!

Here is the awesome mindmap that the contributors who came to our brainstorming meeting earlier this week came up with! Remember: your work can be a loose interpretation of this issue's theme, "still," however you might interpret that word!

Trying to work out a schedule for when to work on your submission to this issue? Here are all of the projected dates for upcoming deadlines for when to turn in drafts and edits for the content editor or art manager you're paired with!
Tuesday Oct 13 2020: your matched content editor/art manager will email you to introduce themselves and get you started
Thursday Oct 22 2020: first draft deadline
Sunday Oct 25 2020: your editor/art manager will email you regarding edits
Friday Oct 30 2020: second draft deadline
After this, all written work will undergo a final round of minor edits for grammar and syntax. Then it’s off to layout and distribution for everything, after which you’ll proudly be able to see your work published alongside other outstanding creations from McMaster!
