COMING HOME FESTIVAL needs awesome Volunteers (just like you) in a number of areas to make our event even more magical.  Select all areas that best match your skills and desire.  Please check all that resonate with you: *

ENERGY EXCHANGE:

ALL VOLUNTEERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK APPROXIMATELY 12-14 HOURS toward the event.  

NOTE:  Some positions (such as the Volunteer & Social Media Co-ordinator) will require work prior to and/or after the event while others will be during the festival weekend. 

By entering this Agreement, ALL VOLUNTEERS agree to fulfill their part of the exchange and carry out their duties in the SPIRIT of LOVE of MUSIC! 
ENERGY EXCHANGE:  
In exchange for your contribution to our event, once approved, you will receive ONE WEEKEND PASS. 

Additional passes may be purchased through the website.
Volunteer applications open March 15th, 2024. You will be notified via email of your approval, at which time you will be required to confirm your acceptance into our awesome VIBE TRIBE by emailing volunteercominghome@gmail.com to confirm your spot. 

Volunteers will also be provided with some daily nourishing snacks and beverages during our weekend together.

Volunteers will be invited to stay onsite Sunday, August 11th (after the gates close to the general public) for a private Volunteer Appreciation Event... a nice time to retreat and share space with fellow Vibe Tribe Members after the creation of a beautiful 3-day event for our guests.   

Approvals will be sent out after May 1st.  Confirmations not received within 30 days of approval will be placed on the waiting list.
Volunteers will also be provided with a free Volunteer / Vibe Tribe t-shirt that must be worn during all shifts.  Shirts will be ordered in unisex sizing ... please indicate the size you would take? *

We are looking forward to making magic happen and can't wait to meet you!  We will send out further correspondence confirming the location and times of arrival etc.
