On behalf of IFMSA-NL, we are delighted that you are applying for an IFMSA Exchange! You made an excellent choice since we have been hosting and facilitating successful exchanges for many years.

This registration form is part of the application for a Clinical or Research Exchange. We would like you to fill in some personal information, availability and a top 5 list of countries. Check the map on our website (https://ifmsa.nl/stages.html) for the most up to date available countries. Make sure your list of countries meets criteria regarding preferred period, language and other requirements. You can find those in the Exchange Conditions via the website links below.

Note: Registration Forms with less than five countries listed will not be accepted and it is also required to choose at least one European country! We try to place everyone in their top 3 list of countries, but sometimes this is not possible. Therefore, sign up only for the countries you really want to go to.

Registration will be completed after filling in this Registration Form and sending your CV and Motivation Letter (both in English) to your Local Exchange Officers.
