(submissions after deadline subject to a $25 late processing fee).
The 'after-finals' period is considered any period after the move-out deadlines:
- All students who are not graduating must move and out return their key within 24 hours of their last final or by 7pm on Tuesday, May 21, whichever comes first.
- Graduating Seniors must move out and return their key(s) by 6pm on Saturday, May 25 after commencement services have completed.
Graduating Seniors - if you are on the list of Graduating students we receive from the Registrar's office, you do not need to submit this form as you are already approved for housing through 6pm on Saturday, May 25.
Summer Residents - if you have been approved for Summer Housing and will be staying in your Spring assignment until your Summer assignment is ready, you do not need to submit this form as you are already approved for housing until your Summer assignment is ready.
At your departure/move-out date, return your key(s) in a checkout envelope to the Residential Life office, Campus Center 105, as confirmation of your move-out. If departing outside of business hours, there is a key return drop slot outside our office (to the left of the door and window) where keys can be returned any time and will be checked in first thing the next morning.
